How do I get the Md Mobile Vet Clinic to come to my home?
Simply request an appointment by phone or email and we will find a convenient time for you and your pet. Depending on the flexibility of your schedule, appointments can usually be made within a week of calling.

What areas do you service? Our traveling vet clinic will come to your home in Maryland including: Carroll County, Baltimore County, Howard County and Baltimore City.

Will you come to my house for just one pet?
Absolutely! While multi-pet households find our services especially convenient, we are happy to provide veterinary services for any client – whether they have 1 pet or 10 pets!

Do you treat my pet in my home?
We see every pet in our mobile vet clinic specifically outfitted for caring for your pets. In our mobile clinic there are few places for a pet to hide and dogs tend to be less territory aggressive when they are seen outside the home.

Will I see a different vet at each appointment?
At every visit you will get the same friendly vet, Dr. Nancy Powel. She is the owner and sole vet. Having the same vet each time ensures the best treatment for your pet.

Are your prices competitive with other vets?
Yes. There is a house call fee for each visit, but our other fees tend to be in line with industry standards. Depending on the area in which you live, the house call fee ranges from $25-40. There is only 1 house call fee no matter how many pets you have.

What if my pet is having an emergency?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our practice, it is impossible to provide emergency services. As is standard with most veterinary practices, if your pet is experiencing a true medical emergency, please contact your nearest veterinary emergency clinic so that your pet can receive immediate attention. For a listing of surrounding emergency practices please visit our services page.

Do you perform euthanasia?
Euthanasia services are available, and this is a service we provide in your home or in a special location of your choosing. It is important that your pet feel safe and at home during its final moments with you. Please ask us about options for your pet following euthanasia, and we can put you in contact with other pet professionals to assist you.
